    1.【12V-24V CAR BATTERY TESTER】 If the battery needs to be replaced or just needs recharging, the BM410 car battery tester tells you the battery health by battery and alternator test.
    2. It is for all 12V-24v charging systems, including regular flooded, AGM flat plate, AGM spiral, and GEL batteries for vehicles, forklifts, hybrid cars, SUVs, Pickups, Boats, Motorcycles, and Travel Trailers.


    BM410 Switch to the left is Battery Load Test Mode:

    1. * 12V Green LED: The current test battery is 12V
    2. * 24V Red LED: Current test battery is 24V
    3. * Full Green LED: Indicates that the battery is in good condition and has a good load capacity
    4. * Fault Red LED: Abnormal battery condition, high voltage
    5. * Good Green LED: Normal working voltage
    6. * Full Green LED: Good battery condition
    7. * Middle Yellow LED: Indicating that the battery is in very moderate condition, the carrying capacity is average
    8. * Middle Yellow LED: Medium battery
    9. * Low Red LED: Low power, needs to be charged
    10. * Low Red LED: Indicates poor battery condition and low load capacity
    11. * OK Green LED: Check before charging

    Battery tester connection and instructions:

    1.【Connection】Attach the cable clip of the red cable to the positive(+) of the battery and the black to the negative (-).
    2.【Checking The Alternator】Connect the testing device. Start the engine and switch off the headlights, radio, etc. Start the engine again and switch on the headlights, radio, etc. In both cases, the green signal LED "GOOD" should shine. The red signal LED " Defective" will start to shine if the dynamo is in bad condition. If the situation happens, please go to the local car workshop at your earliest time.
    3.【Checking The Charging Level】Switch on the headlights for 1-2 minutes, then switch off. Remove the cable clips from the battery, wait approx. 10 minutes then switch the testing device on again. A signal LED will shine according to the charging status of the battery indicating " Full" " Half-full" or "Very low charge".
    4.【Battery Start Capability】The battery needs to be charged up to the maximum. Remove the connection of the ignition coil then connect the testing device. Try to start the vehicle using the key in the ignition switch. The engine cannot start (interrupted ignition). When the green signal LED "Battery OK" starts to shine, the charging status of the battery is okay.
    5.【Start The Battery Capability Load】Switch to the loading test mode, then start the engine.
    - Full: six-five LED will be shine ;
    - Middle: four-three LEDs will shine ;
    - Low: two-one LEDs will shine, if no LED shines it means the battery capacity is very low, please charge the battery or change the battery.
    6.【Comment】If the battery is not in good condition, the signal lamp "Battery OK" will start to go off and the charging status of the battery LED will not light up.
    7.【Accurate INDICTORS for Early warning】Pure copper wire and clip make excellent conductivity, high sensitivity(accuracy reaches 0.1V) can accurately read the battery voltage, even if your car has not shown it, it can give you an early warning.
    8.【Reverse protection function】It prevents burnout caused by mis-operation between the (+)battery post and (-)cable terminal. It helps to extend product life and protect car batteries.
